Once your order is placed you will receive an e-mail with confirmation details as well as a request to supply image(s) of your venue/pet/house/scape for our team to begin illustrating. Along with the reference images we encourage you to include any details you wish to emphasize or colors you want to make sure we include
Illustrating can take up to 8 business days to complete. Please note that maps require 12 business days. Once completed you will receive an electronic proof of illustration. We encourage you to print the proof for best detail.
- Your order includes one round of revisions. Any additional revisions are available for $30 per round.
- Revised illustrations can take up to 4 business days.
Once approved, your art will be emailed within 2 business days.
Orders approved after 3pm EST will be considered approved on the next business day. You will receive an 8.5 x 11 CMYK high resolution PNG file. Black line art vector files are available for an additional cost. Price upon request.
