Once your order is placed you will receive an e-mail with confirmation details. Also included will be a questionnaire for you to complete outlining information about your event and requests for any clarifying details.
As soon as we receive your event details, the design phase begins. Once your invitation is designed you will receive an electronic proof showing your specific design including wording, ink colors and any other details that need approval. Designing your invitation for proof approval can take up to 3 business days.
- Emails approvals received after 3pm EST will be considered the following business day
- We recommend printing the proof in actual size prior to approval.
- Your order includes one round of revisions and any additional revisions are available for $30 per round.
Orders take 7-10 business days to produce. You will receive tracking information once your order has been printed, inspected and packed for shipping. UPS shipping rates are based on your zip code and size of your package.
Wax seals take an additional 2 weeks to print. You can choose to have them sent separately for an additional shipping and handling fee.
Orders that include guest addressing will require completed guest lists in our provided excel document upon final approval.
Your order can not go into print production without the excel document submitted.
