ORDER PLACED
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to you once your order has been received. It will contain your order number and order review to confirm illustration request. You will be prompted to supply image(s) of your illustration request for us to begin drawing/painting
CONFIRMATION AND IMAGES RECEIVED
We will begin illustring once we receive your confirmation and images. This process can take up to 8 business days. Maps require 12 business days.
ELECTRONIC PROOF
An electronic proof of your illustration will be e-mailed We strongly encourage you to print the proof for best detail. It will serve as a great guide when approving the order. Click here to view a sample of an electronic proof.
REVISED PROOF
If necessary, your order allows for one set of revisions to your proof. This is where you can make slight changes or modifications to your original order. Revised proofs can take up to 4 business days. Addtional revisions are available for $30 per round
APPROVAL AND DELIVERY
Once approved your art will be e-mailed within 2 business days. Orders approved after 3 pm will be considered approved on the next business day. You will receive an 8.5 x 11 CMYK color high res png file
